Led students in work on "I-Search Projects" (Quarter-long, multiple-step searches for information on topics of students' own choosing).
Taught A Thousand Pieces of Gold in conjunction with a history unit on the Westward movement to a heterogeneous 8th grade English/History Core class.
Worked individually at lunch and after school with mainstreamed English Language Learners to help them improve as writers.
